(i)
PS has been done
on the basis of information filled up by the candidates in the application submitted online.
(ii) MCA, M.Sc./ME/M.Tech in IT or Computer Science or Computer Science &
Engineering or Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or Artificial Intelligence or Network and
Internet Engineering has been considered relevant towards EQ-A(i).
(iii) Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Science & Applications has been considered relevant.
(iv) Experience certificates are to be
in prescribed proforma. However, wherever the applicants have not submitted experience certificates in prescribed proforma, their experience certificates have been considered on merit.
(v)
The period of experience rendered by a candidate on part time basis, daily wages, Visitiing/guest faculty has
not been counted while calculating the valid experience.
(vi) Experience on contract basis/ Ad-hoc basis
in the relevant field has been considered.
(vii) Experience of teaching in higher classes/ degree courses as
Lecturer/ Assistant Professor etc. were considered relevant experience.
(viii) Offer of appointment/appointment letter/office order/ confirmation letter/approval letter has not been considered for experience certificate.
(ix) Where experience certificate is issued
by the concerned organization, the
issuing authority being
Head of the Department has
not been insisted upon.
(x)
For variation in spelling of names/change in name, Affidavit may be considered sufficient.
(xi) In view of the undertaking signed by the candidates in the
application, the
undertaking regarding intimation to employer wherever applicable, may not be insisted upon specifically.
(xii) The candidature of those candidates who in their on- line applications for unreserved post have claimed experience less than the experience required as per shortlisting criteria adopted, have been rejected under the
category "Not fulfilling shortlisting criteria".
